To fans of John Landis, the phrase 'See you next Wednesday' has become infamous. A mock movie of that title has been spoken of or the poster for it actually seen on screen, switching genre every time and often borrowing heavily from existing movie art. This awesome original custom crafted poster featured in The Blues Brothers (see the last 3 images in the gallery above to see some screen grabs from the movie) a poster of See You Next Wednesday is clearly shown in a scene when the real 'Good 'Ole Boys are chasing Jake and Elwood and they speed by some cops hiding behind a billboard. The mock film is presented as a disaster movie featuring a King Kong style creature, a vintage spaceship, a huge insect and a tornado. Donald Sutherland is listed as the star of the film with Blues Brothers production designer John Lloyd as the producer, Mark Levine is the writer and Carl La Fong is the director ( a stuntwoman who worked with Landis). This print has been designed to fit an A sized frame although other sizes can be accommodated upon request.

All international purchases are now posted with tracked and insured shipping for peace of mind. We aim to post all our posters out within 1-2 days of your payment, normally a lot sooner, especially around the holiday season. Sometimes postage can be delayed by 2-3 days due to weekends/bank holidays and occasionally stock levels (ink, paper, postal tubes etc) but this rarely happens. International shipping times all depend on location, we have had some received inside of 7 days and some up to 28 days so please be patient.
